Our Grading Conditions
A Grade - Devices in excellent refurbished condition with minimal signs of use. Fully tested and working as expected, with a clean overall appearance.
B Grade - Devices in good refurbished condition with some visible signs of use, such as light scratches or minor cosmetic marks. Fully tested and working as expected.
B- Grade - Devices in fair refurbished condition with more noticeable cosmetic wear, such as scratches, scuffs or marks. Fully tested and working as expected, with cosmetic condition reflected in the price.

Shipping policy
Every device undergoes a final check by our team before dispatch. We check that the device is working as expected and confirm it is updated to ensure it is ready to use when it arrives.
We ship NZ Wide, and globally. Please contact us for international shipping options and pricing.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. If you need an order dispatched the same day, please get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help.
Yes, you can pick up your order from our warehouse. Please wait for us to contact you to arrange a pickup time, so as to ensure your order is ready before arriving.
Returns and exchanges
Every unit is fully tested before we dispatch an order, however if something is not working as it should, or not as it was expected by you, then please get in touch with the information for us to assist you further.
If you contact us with all of the relevant information, via our Support page her eon the website. We will issue you with an RMA Job # and further details to return the item to us, to correct. This can be dropped in or couriered back to us.
