For all orders placed, before being dispatched we do final checks, any updates and cleans on all items to ensure that you receive a great working device to unbox & start using.
This will mean that generally your order will dispatch in 1-2 days depending on time of order received and current order workload etc. If it is required more urgently than this please get in touch to see how we can expedite this for you, or what we expect it to take. 

Our Gradings are highly praised for being very stringent and consistent. All devices are sold in great working order. They include a power adapter/charger and a standard 3 month warranty cover.
A GRADE =  Near to no marks on the unit. Very tidy condition.
B GRADE = Some marks or scratches on the unit, showing signs of previous use. Nothing really large or parts missing. We can send images of these for an idea or try to get of a specific device that you're interested in.
